Mr. Toby Mountjoy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. With over 20 years of experience working with individuals with ASD, he has been extensively trained by Dr. Ronald Leaf and Dr. John McEachin. Besides overseeing the Autism Partnership operation in Hong Kong, Korea, Philippines and Singapore with over 100 staff, including psychologists, consultants and therapists, he has also provided consultations to school districts, agencies, and families worldwide. Mr. Mountjoy has also contributed chapters to publications such as “Sense & Nonsense” and “It’s Time for School”. In 2007, he founded the charitable Autism Partnership Foundation and Aoi Pui School to offer more services for children with Autism.

Zahira Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, and a Master’s degree in Neuroscience. She first started working as a therapist with children with ASD/ASC in 1998, after which she joined Autism Partnership (Hong Kong) in 1999. She has since accrued extensive experience under the tutelage of Dr. Ron Leaf and Dr. John McEachin in developing Applied Behaviour Analysis programs for individuals in home/centre-based, school & community settings. She has conducted training workshops/seminars in Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Russia, France, Kuwait, & the UK, and has provided consultation services to families in Indonesia, Spain, France, Kuwait, Malta and the UK. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and is currently the site director of the UK centre since December 2013.

Curriculum Developer
Jeremy Leaf has been working with Autism Partnership since 2009. He earned his Master’s Degree in Special Education at Loyola Marymount University in 2009 and his BCBA in 2018. Jeremy is an international consultant who works with children on an individual basis, provides staff training, develops curriculum for students, has presented at international ABA conferences and has published articles as part of the Autism Partnership research team.

Research Coordinator
Christine Milne has been working with Autism Partnership - Seal Beach since 2009. She earned her Bachelor's Degree is Cognitive Sciences at the University of California, Irvine in 2009. She continued to earn her Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University and is currently attending a doctorate program in Applied Behavior Analysis at Endicott College. Christine has experience providing direct line therapy, leading social skills groups, training staff, and supervising client cases. She currently acts as a Research Coordinator as well as provide consultations to school districts and an international clinic.
