The objective of the lecture is to clarify how Autism Partnership Method has been shown to be a highly effective model for improving the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder. In this lecture Toby Mountjoy MSc, BCBA will share his experience about diagnosis, current research and how the Autism Partnership Method works to improve the lives of children with ASD in all areas. He will also share some of his success stories by showing a video sequence of children in the AP model from when they began to a few years later.

Participants can expect to learn:

• What are the early signs of autism and what should parents look for. If parents are worried who should they see and what tests should be conducted. • What we know about current research on early intervention and autism and how does that translate into what a family should do with a child with autism. • What does the Autism Partnership Model look like and how does it effectively teach children with autism.

Mr. Toby Mountjoy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. He has been providing, overseeing treatment for young children with autism for over 22 years and overseeing the Autism Partnership operation in Hong Kong, Korea, Philippines and Singapore with over 100 staff, including psychologists, consultants and therapists. He also provided consultations to school districts, agencies, and families worldwide.” In 2007, he founded the charitable Autism Partnership Foundation and Aoi Pui School to offer more services for children with Autism.
